When you create an assessment template or take one from the C1Risk Content Library, each question may have a risk score depending on the answer response. Customer can edit these scores before sending out the assessment.
The risk score can be defined for the following type of questions:
- List (select one)
- Checkbox (select multiple)
When it's a list question, the system take the risk score for the answer value. When it's a checkbox question, the system sum the score for each box checked.
