Types of Assessment Questions
C1Risk recommends using questions, where risk scores can be assigned whenever, wherever possible. We refer to this as the "Shakira method". Creating questions with risk scores will provide a better understanding and ability to establish a consistent understanding of vendor risk as well track any progress on behalf of the Vendor.
C1Risk allows the following types of Assessment Questions to be created for your Assessment needs:

| LIST | A fixed set of responses where the respondent must choose only one. | Yes No Not Applicable | Yes (0,1,0) | Auto Created |

| TEXT | Question that requires open, narrative response. | Written response | No | Created by Reviewer |

Parent / Child Relationship Questions
C1Risk enables you to establish Parent > Child relationships with questions, as follows:
EXAMPLE:
1. Where the answer to Question #1 (p) is 'Yes", do not display Questions 1.1 - 1.4 (c) and go directly to Question #2
2. Where the answer to Question #1 (p) is "No", display Questions 1.1 - 1.4 (c)
