Attached is a template with 3 tables. The yellow line item is an example of the syntax.
Risk Register - Required.
- Risk Name - 255 char
- Description
- Risk Group - you can add more than 1 group name separated by a comma
- Primary Contact- inset UID
- Review Frequency - this needs to match the label name from the field dropdown list in the app
Risk Groups - optional. We suggest you create them directly in the app so you can just reference the RGI number reference in the Risk Register tab.
Contacts - optional. We suggest you create users under the Admin > Manage User table.
