Responding to An Assessment

If you receive a Request to Complete an assessment on the 1Risk Platform, you will receive an email that looks like this:

To respond, to the assessment, click on the link below.  You will need to login to the 1Risk Platform. The link will take you to the assessment answer page. 

When user click on the link, it will go to the Answer page; user will provide their responses on the pagethe questions. When you're 100% done, you will be able to Submit your answers. 

User can click on the Save button to save answers. The system will save the answer periodically to minimize any accidental lost of the responses.

Additional Features:

• Bookmark Questions
  • User can click on the STAR before each question number to bookmark your question to mark questions you want to come back to. All bookmarks must be unbookmarked before user can submit your assessment. 
• Progress 
  • User can click on the Answer Status bubbles to jump to the questions you want to review.
• Validation Check for Submit
  • All questions must be answered before user can submit.
