What is Asset Type?
The system supports 3 types of assets. You can create many categories of Enterprise Assets under Administration > Asset Type.
- Enterprise Asset
- Vendor
- Engagement
You can lookup and take a copy of an Asset Type from the content library or you can add your own Asset Type by uploading a JSON file with your configuration.
To add a new asset type by lookup/copy from an existing template:
1. Go to Administration > Asset Type > go to the action menu on the top right and select +Lookup.
2. Browse and select the asset type you're looking for.
