How to Setup Asset Type?
To setup asset type to track scoping for your IRM program, go to Administration > Asset Type. You can select:
- Add New
- Lookup
Lookup will allow you to look up basic template to copy from the library.
Add New will allow you to drop in a file that is pre-configured.
Asset Type Configuration
You can configure the asset type with additional fields. Below are the technical documentation with guidance.
Field Types supported are:
- TEXT
- TEXTAREA
- DATE
- DROPDOWN
- MULTI_DROPDOWN
- NUMBER
- URL
- CURRENCY
Note: The system is unable to support Lookup or Multiple Lookup at this time. This is on the roadmap.
