Scheduled Review Process

When you create a policy/document, you set the Review Frequency. The system will then automatically notify the Authors based on the Next Review Date.

  1. Authors select No Changes or Changes.
  1. No Changes - the existing policy/document is published with review history
  2. Changes - the policy/document is cloned and archived.
  1. Edits are made in the cloned version
  2. The author then submits for approval
  3. The new policy/document is published

Override the Scheduled Review Date

Updates to a policy/document can be made at any time by overriding the Next Review Date.

  1. Open the Published Policy Document
  2. Select Change Next Review Date
  3. Change the date and activate the policy on the chosen date
