Test Procedures is optional compliance but it's a good place to put test steps for reuse. You can link Test Procedures to:
- Internal Control
- Control Library
Create Test Procedure
1. Go to Audit Management in the left nav
2. Select Test Procedure
3. In the list view, go to the action menu to select Add New
4. In the Add New page, select if you want to link it to an Internal Control or Control Library. Note: select one only. If you select Internal Control (IC), you will need to link it to the IC and vice versa for Control Library.
5. In the Name field, provide a name for your Test Procedure. e.g. [TP] User Access Review
6. When you're done, click Save
Below is an example of a Test Procedure
1. Name
2. Description
3. Test Procedure list (this is optional)
Once you have a Test Procedure documented, you can go to the Test Result subtab and launch a Test for the testing period.
