Getting Started with Compliance - Data Upload and Import Templates

As you are getting started with your compliance procedures in the C1Risk platform, you may have existing that you can bring into the platform to accelerate your readiness.

C1Risk can receive data in .CSV documents for bulk upload. Data upload templates are provided here. Most data can also be bulk formatted in the platform once uploaded.

C1Risk has a REST API functionality to enable data pull or push data to/from the platform. Contact your account manager for more detailed information on API integration.

Please contact your account manager or submit a support request for assistance uploading bulk information to the C1Risk Platform. 

C1Risk provides Standard and Premium support options for uploading existing control data, evidence request lists, SOC reports, and other relevant data to kickstart the compliance process on the C1 platform. Contact your account manager for more information.

Internal Sources:

• Internal Controls
• Evidence Lists

External Auditor Sources:

• SOC 2 Report
• External Auditor "PBC" (Provided by Client) Lists
• External Auditor IRL (Information Request List)
• Control and/or Evidence Owner Assignments
