This manual provides instructions for using the new enhancement features within the Risk Analysis Template (RAT) module in release 3.7.0. These updates are designed to streamline your workflow by reducing repetitive data entry through cloning and master library lookups.
1. Cloning a Single Question
Use this feature to replicate an existing question within the same template structure.
How to Clone a Question
Navigate to Administration > Risk Analysis Template.
Drill down into a specific RAT ID to open the View Detail page.
Locate the question you wish to copy.
Click the Clone button located in the action menu of that question.
Note: Action buttons are now text-only for a cleaner interface.
The system will create an exact copy of the question.
The newly cloned question will appear at the end of the question list.
2. Cloning an Entire Template
This feature allows you to create a new RAT by replicating an existing one, providing a quick starting point for edits.
How to Clone a Template
From the Risk Analysis Template List View, click on a specific RAT to view its details.
Open the Action Menu (located in the top right corner) and select Clone.
The system will automatically:
Generate a new record
Copy the Description, all Questions, and related data exactly.
Set the Status to Active.
Assign the login user as the Record Owner.
3. Lookup RAT from Master Account
Customer accounts can now access and import standardized templates from a C1Risk Master Account.
How to Use the Lookup Feature
Navigate to the Risk Analysis Template List View.
In the actions menu, select the Lookup option
A lookup table will appear showing only Active records from the master account.
Select one or multiple RAT templates you wish to copy.
Click Apply to import the records into your account.
Imported records will include a Master ID reference for traceability.
Click Cancel at any time to return to your local RAT list view without importing.
