Add new Asset Records

Once your Asset Types have been selected, you can add Asset Records to the Asset Type at any time.

  1. From the Enterprise Asset Directory, select the appropriate Asset Type

  2. Go to the universal activity menu (...) and select “Add New

  3. Populate the Fields and click Save



NOTE: 

  1. You are required to identify and Asset Owner (Primary) that must also be a registered contact on the system (Manager, General or Vendor). Additional Contacts may also be added for shared relationships


  1. Assets may also be linked to Related Assets using the Linked Assets/Downstream Links. When assets are linked an Asset Map of primary and downstream assets may be viewed in Details > Related Assets > View Graph.
