Conduct Asset Business Impact Analysis

Once you have added your Assets, you can evaluate their impact on the business, and therefore determine and prioritize asset management according to asset value.

  1. Select and open the desired Asset Record

  2. Click on the Assessments Tab in the Asset Record

  3. Click new Assessment

  4. Add your Business Impact Assessment Template

  5. Note you can either send this assessment to the Asset Owner (recommended), temporarily assign yourself as the asset owner, or to complete the assessment but also notify the Asset Owner, you can assign yourself as an Additional Contact.

  6. The assigned contacts will receive an email notification to complete the Assessment

  7. Once completed, you can Accept the Assessment and/or Create Findings, then the Impact Score auto-calculates and displays in the Asset Record > Summary Screen.
