Roles and definitions:
C1Risk supports role-based access in our system and provides the following user-types, which can be allocated or updated at any time by Administrators in the platform.
From a pricing perspective, users are divided in three main categories:
1. Power Users
Power Users are defined as users who control or build workflows in the platform.
Power/Admin Users are able to configure the platform and manage administrative functions, such as adding users, adding assessment templates, etc. , via access to the Administration section in the C1Risk Platform.
Power/Managers are able to access all modules in the platform and build workflows, but do not have access to the Administration Section or functions to configure the platform.
2. Lite Users
Lite users are notified or invited to the platform to complete/respond to certain workflows in the platform, such as Policy Review, Document Requests, Finding Mitigation.
3. Vendor Users
Vendors are licensed by company. Up to 3 external users per company may be associated with a vendor record. As such, where there are multiple respondents are needed to complete an assessment, up to 3 vendor contacts may be added for each vendor license.
