When you want to revise a published policy, you must click Revise Policy to retain the policy revision history. If don't want to keep the revision history, then select Copy, see How to Copy a Policy.
To revise a policy, click here:
Next the system will take you to a new policy record to make changes. In the Add page, you will see the Policy History link. Alert: You must click Save to save this new revision.
When you revise a policy, the previous policy will be active until the new revision is published. Once it's published, the old policy will be filed into an Archive status.
