Introduction


The Vendor Management module provides you with auto-created dashboards to track your vendor and engagement activity for their full lifecycle from onboarding to termination. The dashboards populate as you work, and provide an overview of the following information for each individual vendor or engagement and a roll up summary, as follows:


1. Vendor / Engagement Summary Dashboard

C1Risk Vendor Module Dashboard


The Vendor Summary Dashboard located in the Summary Tab in the Vendor Module updates in real-time to enable tracking of the following information for all Vendors and Engagements. Use the "question mark" to learn how scores are determined and/or explanations of graphs :


  1. Vendors and Engagements by Status
    1. New (Onboarding)
    2. Active
    3. Inactive
  2. Assessment Status
    1. Open
    2. Re-open
    3. Expired
    4. Submitted
    5. Closed
  3. Document Request (see training)
    1. Open
    2. Re-open
    3. Expired
    4. Submitted
    5. Closed
  4. Top 10 Vendors / Engagements / Assessments by risk
    1. Vendors and engagement sections display top 10 based on combined risk scores from assessments.
    2. Assessments displays risk scores based on a single assessment.
  5. Findings by Status
    1. New (a New Finding has not been 'Published' or sent to the finding owner for mitigation.)
    2. Open (an open Finding has been 'Published' or sent to the owner for mitigation
    3. Re-open
    4. Expired
    5. Closed


2. Vendor and Engagement Record Dashboards

Each individual vendor and engagement record has a dashboard to track the following data. Click on the Vendor or Engagement Record and go to the Summary tab to see the dashboard. Use the "question mark" to learn how scores are determined and/or explanations of graphs:

  1. Averaged Risk Score based on Assessment results and associated findings (note mitigation of findings reduces risk score)
  2. Findings by status
  3. Risk Mitigation Status
  4. Average days to close (complete an assessment)
  5. Average Risk Score
