Vendor and Engagement records are configurable in C1Risk so you can track the data you need in the platform. When you begin your journey with C1Risk, your account manager will work with you to configure these records, or if you are familiar with JSON, you can configure your own records.
Once this process is complete, C1Risk will bulk upload your Vendors and Engagements using a CSV file. Each field of your vendor or engagement in C1Risk represents one column in the spreadsheet. At a minimum C1Risk needs the following information to create the record:
- Vendor or Engagement Type
- Vendor or Engagement Name
- Primary Contact Email (Primary Contact must be a licensed user in C1Risk)
Your Account Manager and our support team is here to help you establish this process during onboarding to the platform, or as and when you are ready to begin your Third-Party Risk Management in C1Risk.
