Collaborate on Risk Assessments

Modified on Fri, 28 Jul, 2023 at 3:26 PM

Additional collaborators can be assigned to assessments when sending to enable multiple respondents to work on an assessment together. All respondents may answer questions and leave comments for one another.

NOTE:

  • Collaboration and communication is enabled prior to submission only.
  • If you are collaborating on an Assessment, do not click SUBMIT when you have completed your section. Simply SAVE the Assessment so that other collaborators may still access and answer questions.
  • When the Assessment is complete, then you may submit the Assessment. Once submitted, the assessment is locked and can only be re-opened by the sender.

Collaborators

Collaborators are identified in the contacts section.
