To setup an Assessment Template, you must be an Administrator role.
1. Go to Administration
2. Go to Assessment Template
3. Select Lookup or Add New
Lookup - will give you access to our assessment templates. We have many templates you can use or you can copy to edit them.
Add New -if you want to drop your own assessment template, please view here to format your template. See instructions to customize your own template.
After selecting one of our assessment templates or adding a new assessment template, it is recommended to attach a risk policy to the template to support automatic scoring of any issues identified through the assessment activity.
First, click into a template:
Then, scroll down to the 'Rating Policy' and select 'Edit':
Select a Risk Policy from the dropdown and 'Save':
To add a new Risk Policy, review: Create a Risk Policy.
Assessment Template risk policies can be changed at anytime. It is important to note, however, that changing a risk policy for an assessment template will revise the risk scores for any existing assessments utilizing that template. Therefore, if there is a need to leave prior assessments unchanged, you will want to create a new iteration of that Assessment Template to apply the new risk rating to.
