Onboarding to C1Risk is a fairly straightforward process. Complexity can vary based on each organization's workflow, internal processes, and the number of teams involved in management of Governance, Risk, and Compliance and related activities, such as Issue resolution, Incident reporting and management, etc.
To facilitate an organization's onboarding and implementation process, we have prepared a high-level project plan for C1Risk modules, which includes some (but not all), related activities, including linkages between modules.
The modules that are available in the project plan include:
- Administration
- GRC Library
- Enterprise Management
- Policy Management
- Compliance Management
- Vendor Management
Updates and additional modules will continue to be added.
