C1Risk version 3.6.0 introduces powerful enhancements to group and user management workflows, improving efficiency and flexibility across user, contact, and record management.
New and Enhanced Features
1. Manage Group Function
Purpose: Simplifies user organization and control.
Administrators can now easily create and manage groups, improving access and record assignment control.
Key Enhancements:
Create, edit, and delete user groups from a centralized interface.
Add or remove users directly from the group view or from individual user profiles.
View all records assigned to a specific group.
Improved filtering and sorting for faster group navigation.

Create a group called “Risk Analysts”, add members and assign it to records

2. Manage User – Record Subtab
Purpose: Provides administrators with direct visibility and management of direct and group assignments.
Key Enhancements:
A new “Records” subtab under Manage User displays all records linked to the selected user.
Quickly identify ownership, assignments, and activity related to the user.
Example:
Open Manage User → John Smith → Records to view all assigned audits, assessments, or findings for review

3. Apply Group to Contacts
Purpose: Enables efficient bulk assignment of users to contact fields.
Key Enhancements:
Filter and update contacts by User or Group selection.
Supports multiple select contact fields.
Enhances list view usability for group-based contact management.
Example:
In the record, apply the “Compliance Team” group for unified management.
