New Features

We've introduced several new optional fields across various entities to provide more granular data tracking and reporting capabilities:

  • Incident: Added the optional field Location. a single-select dropdown (defaulting to N/A) that can be managed under Administration > Custom Fields, with a default value of 'Unknown'. It is available on the View/Edit page, List View, and Report exports.
  • Finding: Added the optional field Label, a single-select dropdown (defaulting to N/A), configurable via Administration > Custom Field. This field is available on the View/Edit page, List View, and Report export.
  • Audit: Added the optional attribute "Audit Type," a single-select dropdown (defaulting to N/A), configurable via Administration > Custom Field.  Default values include Internal Audit, Customer Audit, Compliance Audit, and Other. It is available on the View/Edit page, List View and Report export.


Improvements to Existing Features

User Experience & Interface

  • Inactive Contact Management:Inactive contacts are now highlighted.
    • Inactive contacts will append "(Inactive)"  within the name chip, and on edit page will notify customer with  " Contact is inactive"
  • Loading & Consistency: When loading an entity list view page, only one spinner will now be displayed.
  • Risk Analysis Template Switching: When editing a Latest Risk Analysis and changing the template (e.g., from N/A to a custom template), the system now applies a loading spinner until all requests are complete, preventing the screen from reverting back to the original template due to pending requests.
  • SSO Instructions: The help text for Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration has been clarified: "When set to Yes, users must log in with the company directory SSO, such as Okta or Azure. Native login using password will be disabled".
  • Customer ID Error Message: The error message displayed when inputting an invalid customer ID has been updated to provide helpful instructions: “Invalid customer id. To find your customer id, go here for instructions” (with ‘instructions’ hyperlinked to the support page).

Dashboard & Reporting

  • Reviewer Dashboard Logic: Open entities (Assessment, Assessment Campaign, and Document Request) that have not yet been submitted for approval will no longer appear under the Reviewer's "My tasks" unless that Reviewer is also listed as a primary or additional contact.
  • Finding Summary Report: Additional fields have been added to the export reports, including Description, source, due date, total risk mitigation (RM), risk manager, primary contact, and create date (with time zone).
  • Issue Management Summary Charts:
    • The Monthly Trend chart (previously Finding chart) now allows users to drill down to the filtered list view and includes lines graphs for Open Findings, Closed Findings within Due Date, Closed Findings Past Due Date, Expired Findings, New Findings by Month.
    • The Priority Chart in Issue Management Summary has been changed to a bar chart.
  • Administration Filter: Under email notifications, the filter item for Asset has been replaced with Vendor.

Performance

  • Issue Management Summary: Performance improvements have been implemented for loading the Issue Management Summary, specifically related to contacts.
  • Contact Entity Loading: Resolved performance issues when loading the Contact entity from the database that stemmed from slow calculations


Bug Fixes

A number of targeted bugs have been resolved in this release:

  • Document Request List View:Corrected logic and added constraints to avoid creating duplicate sort list view order records, which resolves errors when accessing previously saved custom list views and issues with saving list views due to timeout.
  • Document Request Jobs:Fixed errors in DR jobs (New DR and Escalation Jobs).
    • New DRs are now created successfully even if the evidence owner is inactive 
  • Findings Display:
    • Findings sourced from Assessment Questions now correctly display the source field on the details page, and the hyperlink redirects correctly to the question, resolving previous 404 errors.
    • The bulk operation to change the Risk Register (RR) is now working correctly and adds the RR to the findings.
  • Evidence: The issue where the Save button remained disabled after inputting all mandatory fields has been resolved.
  • Assessment: Fixed an ERROR LOG related to saving assessment history that was caused by an unrecognized field 
  • Risk Mitigation: Resolved the error preventing users from adding a new Risk Mitigation from the Finding > Risk Mitigation subtab.
  • Vendor: Fixed an access server error that occurred when selecting "all vendor" in the asset type table.
  • Risk Register Report: Fixed a pagination issue in the report causing only 25 rows to export.
  • Data Truncation: Resolved a data truncation issue related to the column 'action'.
  • Test Result: Fixed a bug that occurred when saving a Test Result due to an Unknown Contact.
