File Types

Our system limit all attachment extension for security purposes. Below are the file types we support.

Files we do not support

We do not support executable files.

File Size

Limit on file size is to ensure the best performance for all appropriate network speed. In a slower network, when your file size is too large, your connection may timeout. If this is an issue, try to reduce your file size for each upload.

We recommend all file size to be under 25 MB. If you need more, please contact support to upgrade your plan.
