Some users may be associated with multiple client accounts in the C1Risk Platform. In order to switch between accounts:
- Select the 'profile' icon
- Select the appropriate account below the 'Other Accounts' heading
You will now be working within the selected account.
WARNING
Always ensure you are working in the appropriate account. If you are supporting multiple client accounts, a handy way to distinguish between accounts is to customize the color scheme and log for each account so that it is easily understood which account you are working in.
