What's New in Version 3.5.23

We're excited to bring you Version 3.5.23! This release is designed to give you more control over your data, smarter filtering, and a significantly faster, smoother experience across the platform.

 Reporting Enhancements

We've improved your ability to pull specific and comprehensive data for reporting and analysis.

• New Findings Summary Reports: You can now generate two detailed summary reports directly under the Findings entity:

  • Finding Summary by IC Control Family

  • Finding Summary by Asset

• Enterprise Asset Report: The field “Asset Type” is now included in the Enterprise Asset export.

• Vendor Report: The fields “Activation Date” and “Termination Date” are now included in the Vendor export.

Data Filtering & Management Tools

We've added key filtering options and bulk actions to help you manage data more efficiently.

• Filter and Bulk-Change Findings: On the Findings list, you can now filter by Internal Control (IC) and perform bulk operations to Change Internal Controls  

• Inherit Internal Control/Asset: When creating a new Document Request record, automatically inherit the Internal Controls/Assets from the source Evidence or Test Result.

• Find Records with The 'Blank' Option: We've added the 'Blank' option to several filters, allowing you to instantly identify data:

  • Findings with no Asset assigned.

  • Internal Controls with no Control Family assigned.

  • Document Requests with no Asset or Internal Control assigned.

•  Accurate Assessment Timing: The "Days Open" metric for Assessments is now calculated as Creation Date - Submitted Date. This provides a more accurate measure of the time taken to submit  an assessment after it was initially issued.

Comment Management & Communication

We've ensured that critical communication and collaboration details reach all the right people.

• Comment Email Notifications Fixed: Comment Notifications will now go to the Primary Contact, Additional Contacts, Comment Owner, Record Owner, and Comment Mention.

• Dashboard Notifications: Notifications for all relevant contacts are now correctly displayed in the Dashboard Comment Panel.

 Performance & Stability Improvements

You should immediately notice a faster and more responsive application thanks to significant performance fixes.

• Significant Performance Boost (Faster Loading Times): We've resolved multiple underlying 'N+1' performance issues that caused slow loading. You'll experience faster loading in the following areas:

  • Finding List View

  • Document Request List View

  • Users List View
